Picture of the Mexican Lasagna
Here’s a picture of the Mexican Lasagna. Even though I forgot the cumin, everyone thought it was plenty spicy, but I thought it was bland. It was, however, consumed quite quickly.
I got recipes from some of the other folks, I’ll post those over the next few days. It was quite a fun work Cinco de Mayo potluck lunch.

This is long overdue: thank you for having this blog – it’s wonderful for a graduating college student who’s curious for new recipes and restaurants.
Also, it’s 10:30pm and now I’m ridiculously hungry for lasagna. It looks so good!

Thanks Sarah! I’m learning, too. I’ll take any suggestions. My philosophy is that whether food is high church or low, there is so much to learn and have fun with. If you have suggestions or questions, I’ll take them.
